arrow WHAT happens when you submit a staff for recognition?

  1. A small rubber duck will be sent to their worksite with a note to let them know WHO nominated them and WHY.

  2. The submissions will be included in the Monday Memo and on this web page.

  3. Once each month a drawing will be held and the winner will receive a small surprise.

  4. 24 submissions per week will be accepted to help ensure the program stays manageable and meaningful.]

EXAMPLES:

  1. Jane is great at finding ways to connect with the kids so they understand the information being taught in school.

  2. Julio consistently goes above and beyond to make sure that our classroom technology is in working order. I appreciate his help. THANK YOU!

  3. Wanda contributes enormously to our classroom by being willing to help when ever and where ever needed. She helps the day go better for both staff and students.

  4. Gina is the “Super-woman/Stupendous Secretary of our program!” She juggles so many jobs at once to our total amazement! Thank you for ALL of your support for our staff!

  5. Thank you Bert for always answering all our questions about payroll without losing your patience!

  6. Lucy: Thanks for all your behind the scenes help with the prep work for our upcoming training.  We appreciate your efforts, all done with a smile!!!
